Employee availability forms to manage the on-call rotations
With this release, you can now provide employees with a custom form to upload their availability before generating the shift.
Each employee will receive a unique URL form via email and they will be able to upload the following information:
- The frequency at which they would like to be on call.
- The weeks that they are unavailable.
With two clicks, they can submit their availability. At that point, our system will automatically process this and take it into account when you generate the shift schedule.
Benefits of this new feature:
- Eliminate the need to gather availability information via Slack or Teams DMs.
- Track the availability of all employees who have submitted their preferences.
- Enable employees to specify the desired frequency for their on-call rotations, such as every 3, 4 or 5 weeks.
- Regenerate the on-call rotation multiple times without the need to repeatedly upload availability information.
